Shipping policy

Our store offers a combination of handmade, in-house products and print-on-demand items fulfilled by third-party partners. Shipping timelines and methods may vary depending on the type of product ordered. In-house handmade items, including but not limited to D14 dice, zines, bookmarks, and other original goods, are produced in small batches and typically ship within three (3) to five (5) business days after an order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Production times may vary during high-volume periods, preorders, or limited releases.

Print-on-demand items are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party partner, Printful. These items are made to order and typically ship within two (2) to seven (7) business days after production begins. Once shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier selected at checkout and are outside of our direct control. Orders containing both in-house and print-on-demand items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable except where required to correct a verified error. Once an order has been marked as shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

If an order is lost or arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within seven (7) days of the delivery date with the order number and photographic documentation of the packaging and item. We will work with the carrier or fulfillment partner to determine an appropriate resolution. By placing an order on this website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
