Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances as outlined below. Our store offers a combination of handmade, in-house products and print-on-demand items fulfilled by third-party partners. In-house products, including but not limited to D14 dice, zines, bookmarks, and other original items, are handmade in small batches. As a result, each item is unique and may exhibit variations in color, swirl, finish, texture, or minor surface characteristics. Such variations are inherent to the handmade process and do not constitute defects. Returns or exchanges for in-house handmade items are not accepted due to aesthetic variation, color difference, or personal preference. Returns will be accepted only if an item arrives damaged or if an incorrect item is received. Any approved return must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery and must include the order number, a description of the issue, and photographic documentation of the item and packaging. For approved returns, items must be returned by mail using a provided return label, and no restocking fees will be charged. Refunds or resolutions for approved returns will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt. Certain products offered on this website are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because these items are custom produced for each order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for sizing issues, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. If a Printful-fulfilled item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, notice must be provided within seven (7) days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will coordinate a replacement or resolution as appropriate. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required to correct a verified error. By completing a purchase on this website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this return and exchange policy.
